By using the Where's Wally mobile app or this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Where's Wally is a mobile game. This website provides information, store links, policies, and a public leaderboard. Gameplay is only in the official mobile apps.
2. Accounts
Guest or linked accounts. Do not impersonate others or abuse leaderboards. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Purchases & Premium
Optional in-app purchases (for example Remove Ads / Go Premium) are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Refunds are handled by the store. Premium may also unlock levels beyond the free-level limit configured in the app. Purchases do not transfer between platforms unless the store supports it.
4. Advertising
The free version may show ads (including banners, interstitials, rewarded ads, and app-open ads) via Google AdMob. Where required by law (EEA / UK / Switzerland), we show a consent form (Google UMP / IAB TCF) before personalized ads. You can manage choices in-app when available, or remove ads with a one-time purchase. Details: Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- No cheating, bots, or API scraping beyond normal app use
- No harmful or infringing display names
- No attempts to bypass ads, premium gates, or security controls
